Pada Sabtu (31/12), SBS Drama Awards tahunan diadakan untuk merayakan pencapaian luar biasa dalam drama Korea yang ditayangkan di jaringan tersebut. Adapun Daesang (Hadiah Utama) diberikan kepada Kim Nam Gil, untuk penampilannya di “Through the Darkness.” Ini menandai Daesang kedua sang aktor setelah memenangkan penghargaan untuk "The Fiery Priest" di SBS Drama Awards 2019.
